About Us

Our founder, the Late Mr. Raja, spent his early days working as a cleaner and through his sheer hard work, dedication, diligence, and pro-activeness, he gained recognition which earned him a promotion to Site Supervisor and subsequently to a Site Manager by his Company’s Managing Director.

Eventually, Mr. Raja was offered a chance to work as a sub-contractor which enabled him to set up his own company; N.R.T. BUILDING SERVICES. This allowed multiple companies to enroll Mr. Raja and his services as their sub-contractor which allowed him to play a key role in aiding his company to establish itself in many different Town Councils. These Town Councils granted him a chance to hone different sets of skills and expertise through a wide range of projects.

Later Mr Raja handed over to his son Mr Sakthi as he always believed in bringing the industry to the next generation. Mr Sakthi came on board after completing his studies. N.R.T. BUILDING SERVICES was successfully transformed into NRT TRADING & ENGINEERING PTE LTD. NRT is directly managing a variety of projects in these various sectors, commercials, industrials, offices, condominiums, town councils, public transportation fleet cleaning disinfection services and pest control.

We are successfully registered under the Building & Construction Authority (BCA) Work head FM01 grading M4, FM02 Housekeeping, Cleaning, Desilting & Conservancy Service grading L6 and Work head FM04 pest control grading L1.

Our company is now moving forward with facilities management. We strive to extend the life, safety, and functionality of buildings, properties, and other facilities through the best practices and innovative solutions. Our goal is to provide one-stop solutions and services for our clients.
